How to Add Line Numbers

Paste your text, configure the starting number, separator style, and zero-padding, then click "Add Line Numbers." You can also remove existing line numbers from text.

Options

Start at — the number to begin counting from (default: 1)
Separator — the character(s) between the number and text (dot, colon, parenthesis, tab, or double space)
Pad with zeros — adds leading zeros for consistent width (e.g., 001, 002)
